Events How much do you charge ? This is the number one question - how much? I don't have a blanket pricing structure. Because every event is unique, my pricing is tailored to your event and your budget. Please give me a call to discuss your event and I can give you a no-obligation quote. What kinds of events do you play for ? I've performed for weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, school dances, reunions, nightclubs, gallery openings, fashion shows, fundraisers, for parties as small as 10 and as large as 2000 with guests ages 0 to 100. I'm always open to adding a new event to this list! Who will be the DJ at my event ? I will! Many large DJ services will sell your event a system, not a DJ. In many cases you won't meet your DJ is until they show up to play at your event. With Videodjkerry, from your first call or email to the end of your event, you get me, nobody else. I am personally dedicated to making your event a success from start to finish. I also don't sub-contract. If I'm booked the date of your event, I won't tell you I'm available and hire out another DJ. I book only one event per day so I can focus on ensuring your event runs smoothly. How extensive is your music collection ? I carry a huge number of songs from a wide range of musical styles with me to all events so I can play to the crowd no matter their taste. My music video collection is over 10,000 with a 200,000 mp3 song database for those unusal requests ! Can I bring you a CD or iPod to play my favourite song from ? I will always try to fill your request-list with songs from my collection to ensure it's the best quality. In the event of an at-the-event request and I don't have the song in my library, I'll be happy to play it for you from your source. What about song requests from guests ? We can discuss the best approach to handling song requests from your guests dependant on the event. What kind of equipment do you use ? I use industry leading equipment including the latest digitally powered speakers, Numark Ns6 controller, Shure wireless microphones and the latest generation L.e.d. lighting. I use only licensed software,  Serato video and Virtual Dj Pro. Why does this matter to you? Quality, reliability and performance matter to me and I only use the best for your event. Do you carry backup equipment ? Even though I use the best equipment, I have to be prepared for the unthinkable, so yes, I bring backups to every event. If something does fail, I'll ensure the music doesn't skip a beat. Do you use lights and smoke ? I carry a large selection of lights to every event. I also carry a smoke machine which really improves the look of the lights unfortunately due to most fire detection systems smoke cannot be used.
